AGBS - WAY OF PAYMENT - WITHDRAWAL

Alba guarantees,

1. A course which is suited to your level of Italian. This will be established at the beginning of the courses.
2. Courses with no more than 6 students.
3. Your chosen course will take place according to the agreed time and price. Occasionally it happens that due to the different levels of the students we have to split up a course into smaller groups. This will be discussed with the students as the number of lessons is reduced in this process. If there are less than 4 students there will be 3 hours per day, if there is only one student they will have 1,5 hours per day.

Enrolment

• With the help of this form you can enrol via e-mail. Please complete one form per student.
• The would like that enrolment reaches us 4 weeks before the start of the course.
• Should you decide to enrol at short notice we require a phone call or an e-mail message to make sure that there is a place available.
• Should you also require our help with the reservation of a hotel or private accommodation please note that some hotels might be fully booked if you enrol at short notice.

Withdrawal

1. A withdrawal is only possible via fax, e-mail or recorded delivery.
2. ALBA charges a fee of € 100,-- if you withdraw 30 days before the start of the course.
3. ALBA charges 50% of the total costs if you withdraw 7 days before the start of the course. If you withdraw even later you will be charged the full amount. However, we do accept substitutes, if their level of Italian is the same as yours.
4. There is no refund if you can not take part in all prearranged lessons for personal reasons.
5. A packet of prearranged and pre paid private lessons are valid for 6 months. Private lessons can be canceled up to 24 hr prior to the lessons without any fee occurring.

Prices/Payment

ALBA is one of the few private schools in Italy which has to pay VAT. Schools which were founded before 1997 or are part of other public or international schools do not have to pay this tax (IVA). For this reason we have listed our prices with and without tax to give you the possibility for a better price comparison. For every payment you make you will receive a bill, which i s tax deductible.

Our prices include everything: teaching materials, registration fee, snacks, drinks, certificate.

And this is how you secure your participation:

1. When you enrol please pay half the total costs into our bank account (details below). You will have to pay all bank charges. Please send the transfer form together with the enrolment form to us via fax.
2. On the first day of the course any outstanding costs (booking fee for the hotel, banking costs etc.) are to be paid directly to the school. We do not accept credit cards!
